The windows installation script: `pixi/install/install.ps1` installs pixi in the home/UserProfile directory. Not in the LocalAppData directory.

The windows installation script
pixi/install/install.ps1is currently installing pixi at%UserProfile%\.pixi\bin, while the documentationpixi/docs/advanced/installation.mdsays that pixi gets installed inLocalAppData/pixi/bin.This fix is to change the documentation.
