Fix editor grid settings not displaying decimal portion in slider tooltips

• Closes Settings Pop-up dialog doesn't show the decimal part of the value #30176

Since the bindable is not specifying any precision, the slider is falling back to not display any decimal value. Specifying a precision fixes.
