Editor shortcut for transforming slider to stream is conflicting with "show fps" setting

Bug description

I think that the title explains all, but basically, when I hit Ctrl + Shift + F as wrote in the editor, it toggle the fps display instead of transforming my slider in a stream. (It's working when I change the shortcut to display fps)

After a quick reflexion, this is maybe not really a "bug", however setting different actions on the same shortcut is for sure still not a good idea.
