I guess it could be used in that way. The way we're using it is to live pair program a (very simple) problem with candidates. Note that there are also two other companies on the list using the tooll

@lalten gotcha, well if it's just being used as a communication tool that seems to be in line with the spirit of this repo. Would you mind adding a bit more context about 2: Codility coding task in your change, and what kind of questions are asked (in broad strokes)?
