Victoria, Hong Kong has incorrect lat long data #51

The package returns lat, long -36.59861, 144.678005 for Victoria the capital of Hong Kong which is in Victoria, Australia.

According to Wikipedia the correct co-ordinates are 22.278333, 114.174444.
