This KDE Plasma 5 applet let you see information about power management inhibition. Unfortunately, the built-in battery applet doesn't provide all the necessary information.
The applet is available for installation on the KDE Store: Plasma 6 / Plasma 5.
To install manually follow the steps below:

download the latest version of the applet from the releases page

run the following command:
plasmapkg2 -i pminhibition.plasmoid
To remove:

run the following command:
kpackagetool5 -t Plasma/Applet --remove org.kde.plasma.pminhibition
