Hello,

I am Damilare Akinlose. I am a contributor to the Substrate repo that powers Blockchains in the Polkadot ecosystem, I am humbly requesting to be a member of the rank I DAN.

My notable contributions to Substrate are these:

• Replace parameter_types with Const types e.g ConstU32, ConstU64
• bench/cli: extend --extrinsic name filtering
• client/service: refactor group param of spawn into an Enum
• Remove weight annotation
• Use proper intra doc links for macro generated code

I have also these PRs that are already approved and will soon be merged

• registrar: Avoid freebies in provide_judgement
• implement storage decode length for BTreeSet

I have also engaged the community through polytope-labs by taking introduction to Benchmarking and also introduction to smart contracts using ink! you can check here for reference.

I have also made open source contributions to webb-tools (A privacy bridge protocol) which uses substrate for it's protocol. You can find my various contributions here and also here

My goal is to continue contributing to Substrate and getting more skilled and technical in what the framework has to offer, and also knowledge-sharing in the community space.
