This is part of what was added in #268, but for some reason this never got approved. Only the part for configuring column default values for sub folders has been implemented. |

@PaoloPia I would like to see this included in the PnP Sites Core project before it is shut down, but I guess that's too late now. |

Adds posibility to specify root folder (list/library level) default column values.
Currently this is only supported for sub folders by the provisioning schema/engine
