Describe the bug

Attempting to "fix" Amazon-owned content (cfn-hup stuff) causes breakage in CS and OEL 9.

Severity

Breaks AMI-generation for CS and OEL 9

Fix Suggestions

Roll back changes from #31 that attempt to work-around brokenness in AWS's packaging of cfn-hup
