Feat migration UI

Migrated from JS to TS and Improve UI

I convert the chatbot from js to ts and improve ui added bun, shadcn and tailwind and change Icon liabrary to Tabler
This chat is created in collab with @rajveeerr

Implementation Details

All the code was written in JS i converted them into Typescript and added types of all data and component.
