- All sockets are changed from ipc:// to tcp://
- No intermediate ZMQ Streamer, now everyone connects directly
- Rather than manually scheduling run of update functions, everything is threading now
- Controller has a pub/sub connection for publishing and receiving endpoints
- Ramp/intersections adhere to the controller endpoints in terms of sending and grouping
