pages.csv is missing the number of pageviews for a particular page. only these columns are included in the csv:

name | visitors | bounce_rate | time_on_page

i'm pretty sure we used to have this number included in the csv at some stage...

Expected behavior

the number of pageviews should be in the CSV like they are in the Top Pages report
