fix overwrites the already existing (C4.puml specific) Rel...() definitions in C4_Dynamic.puml and C4_Sequence.puml too.
Based on that PlantUML resolves all Rel...() deterministic with one of the correct implementations.
It can be tested with my external branch, like below
