Why is Planetary built on Scuttlebutt?
Planetary is build on an open philosophy that social media and our digital spaces shouldn't be controlled by a single company. By using scuttlebutt we are working with a large community of developers and users.
Is Planetary compatible with other Scuttlebutt projects?
Yes! We don't support all of the features of scuttlebutt yet but it's a work in progress. Much of the content you see on planetary comes from users of other scuttlebutt applications.
