This PR needs to be merged or the branch stoch_fix_dom4phil from https://github.com/climbfuji/ufs-weather-model needs to be pulled in before merging ufs-community#280.
It contains:
tests/rt_utils.shfor gaea (similar to what was required for other machines in the last PR because of the failing parallel nctest file comparisons)rt.shto 20201127 (this is what was used for regression testing on cheyenne.intel, cheyenne.gnu, gaea.intel)Thanks!
