What this PR does / why we need it:
Until now, Prometheus tried to scrape all targets that have a source label
"prometheus.io/scrape: true". It was a waste.This PR changes the Prometheus setting to scrape only
kube-state-metricsandnode-exporterthat had been tried to fetch viakubernetes-service-endpoints.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
