👋 Hi, I’m @piotromashov. I'm a Software Engineer and Ms. in Computer Science.

🧑‍💻 I'm a Software Engineer w/10 years of experience in tech industry and a Masters degree in Computer Science. I've been working in tech companies from seeding stages in accelerators to IPOs and market leaders, and I enjoy bringing new ideas, collaborating, filling gaps, and leading product development.

🧠 Performed scientific research on AI at a University in Switzerland, in which we developed a novel method to explain the machine learning models predictions.

🛡️ Before that I worked as a Security Software Engineer for four years at Medallia .

📈 Since the industry has been growing I have had many roles and combinations of them. Software Engineer, Backend, FullStack, SysAdmin, DevOps, Tech Lead.

🧠 Currently I'm working as a AI researcher & Engineer using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG and Fine Tunning.

🔥 I participate in the organization of the regional burning man in Argentina, and also mantainer of the ticketing system. FuegoAustral.

🎧 I'm a DJ/Producer.

🚦I create visual experiences using custom lightning systems using Arduino, ESP32 and sensor devices.

🎨 Currently i'm using Generative IA and Stable Diffusion to create different kind of art.
