Eligibility
The production web path now uses cross-snapshot metadata indexes and WeakRef-backed session caching, changing selector identity and lifecycle behavior for terminal views across ChatView and sidebar consumers. Although focused tests cover the main reuse and update cases, the new cache/state-management logic is sufficiently nontrivial to warrant human review.
