Reviewed the changed non-test TypeScript under apps/** for Effect service conventions. The PR touches promise-based React Native composer attachment code (apps/mobile/src/lib/attachmentUpload.ts, composerImages.ts, localAttachmentPreview.ts, projectThreadStartTurn.ts, apps/mobile/src/state/*.ts) and two Effect Schema modules (composer-image-schema.ts, thread-outbox-model.ts). No Effect service is created, moved, refactored, or consumed by the changed lines: no Context.Service tags, make/layer definitions, layer wiring, ManagedRuntime/runPromise boundaries, or tagged error classes are introduced. Effect modules that are used are already imported as subpath namespaces (import * as Schema from "effect/Schema", import * as Option from "effect/Option"), and @t3tools/contracts named imports are permitted whole-package imports. No new lint or type-checker suppression directives were added.

💭 I'm checking the changed mobile app files for Effect-service usage, since Effect Schema appears in composer-image-schema.ts and thread-outbox-model.ts, so I want to look at their imports.

1. browse_code — apps/mobile/src/lib/composer-image-schema.ts

2. browse_code — apps/mobile/src/lib/attachmentUpload.ts

💭 This PR is React Native promise-based code with no Effect services, contexts, or layers involved—just a standard namespace import of Schema and a minor literal change in thread-outbox-model.ts. Since there's nothing Effect-service related to flag, I'm concluding this should be an "all clear" result. I'll set the state to success with "All clear" satisfying the minimum length requirements for both title and summary fields.
