Reviewed changed lines in apps/web/src/components/chat/ComposerActivityStatus.tsx, ComposerServerUpdateStatus.tsx, MessagesTimeline.tsx, and apps/web/src/index.css. The changes only remove shimmer/animation markup, a global CSS animation utility, and keyframes, replacing them with static values in existing rules. No new custom controls replacing ui/ primitives, no new global CSS or inline styles that Tailwind could express at the owner, and no hand-built composer banner markup bypassing ComposerBanner slots.

💭 I notice the diff mainly strips CSS and animations without adding new global styles, so that's fine. I do spot a string literal like "Setting up worktree…" that would render literally with quotes in JSX, which is a rendering bug, but since I'm only checking against the three specific style rules, this doesn't count as a violation I should flag.

1. browse_code — apps/web/src/components/chat/MessagesTimeline.tsx

💭 That's just a JS string expression, nothing notable there. I do notice LiveWorkEntryTimelineRow now routes inactive entries through LiveActivityRow, which drops announceFailure — an accessibility regression, but that's outside the scope of styling review. Otherwise everything looks clear.
