Eligibility
This PR replaces hex-based color processing with OKLCH color space throughout the theme palette system, adding new color parsing infrastructure (culori library), expanded CSS color format support, and a new gamut mapping algorithm. The substantial changes to core color processing runtime behavior warrant human review.
