💭 The helper function already existed before this PR, so I'm just updating the call sites in ThreadFeed.tsx to use tryOpenExternalUrl instead of Linking.openURL. This is a straightforward import change with no Effect service implications since the helper uses Schema.TaggedErrorClass. The markdown-link target being passed in ThreadFeed doesn't violate any conventions, even though the href could potentially be a pull request URL.
