The only change in this PR updates a UI label string in apps/mobile/src/features/settings/SettingsRouteScreen.tsx ("Request access" → "Sign in"). It does not create, move, refactor, or consume any Effect service, so none of the Effect service conventions apply. No violations found.

🔍 Agent activity — reasoning, no tool calls

💭 Looking at this diff, it's just a UI label change from "Request access" to "Sign in" in a TypeScript React file—nothing to do with Effect services. There's no service creation or refactoring involved, so there are no findings to report. Though I'm noticing a tension between the customer's instruction to respond with exactly "All clear" and the system schema requirement for JSON formatting.
