The only change in this PR adds a clipboard helper for copying trace IDs in apps/web/src/components/settings/ConnectionsSettings.tsx. It uses a React hook (useCopyToClipboard), useCallback, and toast notifications — it does not create, move, refactor, or consume an Effect service. No Effect service conventions apply to the changed scope, so there are no violations to report.
