The only change in this PR removes the overflow-hidden Tailwind class from a <span> in apps/web/src/components/chat/ProviderModelPicker.tsx. This is a presentational CSS adjustment and does not create, move, refactor, or consume any Effect service. None of the Effect service conventions (imports/namespaces, service definition, errors/predicates, file layout/migrations) are applicable to this change. No violations introduced or retained in the changed scope.
