Problem
Sessions you start in a provider's own command-line tool (Claude Code, Codex, and others) are invisible in T3 Code. To continue one, you have to find the transcript by hand and start over.

Fix

• Server: scans each provider's local session folders and builds a preview index, with one page of history at a time. Importing a session opens it as a T3 thread that resumes where the transcript ended.
• Contracts: new history RPC methods, behind the existing client permission guards.
• Web: new History page, reachable from the sidebar and the command palette.
• Mobile: an Agent history screen under Settings.
• Shared client code: session-history state lives in the code that web and mobile share.
• Recaps: short generated summaries for each session, with an eval in evals/session-recaps.

Tests

• Server tests for scanning, discovery, history and import. They cover folder discovery, previews, transcripts that are too big, blocked folders, and older pages.
• A provider-switch integration test, RPC permission tests, and the recap eval tests.
• Web browser tests for the route modal, the command palette and connection storage.
• vp run check:changed: lint, format, unused-code check and typecheck are clean. 490 of 491 tests pass. The one failure ("still reads the git identity of repositories next to a blocked one") also fails on main, about 5 of 6 local runs.

Notes

• Main already resumes imported Claude sessions (fix(server): imported Claude sessions resume on their first turn #23219), so this PR keeps main's implementation.
• routeTree.gen.ts was merged by hand, not regenerated.
