Preserve saved project trust during discovery.

When cwd is a trusted project, the probe appends --no-approve and can omit project-local extensions and settings. Models registered by those extensions can therefore disappear from discovery, while real turns still launch Pi without this probe-only flag. Restrict --no-approve to the startup-dialog fallback, or otherwise preserve the normal trust decision for successful discovery.

Review comment at @packages/provider-pi/src/server/status.ts at line 178:
Update the probe argument selection in the status discovery flow so trusted
projects retain Pi’s normal trust decision and can load project-local extensions
and settings. Restrict the probe-only --no-approve flag to the startup-dialog
fallback, while preserving the existing behavior for successful discovery.

Do not log the RPC error message.

If Pi returns a failed RPC response, rpc.ts builds PiRpcError.message from the response’s error field. That field is truncated but not redacted, so it can put credentials or other sensitive response text in server logs. Log a controlled category or operation instead. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

As per coding guidelines, “log annotations stay bounded” and exclude “credentials, query strings, or arbitrary defect text.” Based on learnings, raw provider errors can expose secrets in logs.

Review comment at @packages/provider-pi/src/server/status.ts at line 491:
Update the failure detail in the status response to avoid including
failure.value.message, which may contain sensitive provider text; use a bounded,
controlled error category or operation label instead.
