Preserve chosen names across native merges.

If native instances named Claude and Work share an email, the first native merge keeps Claude and discards Work. The later hub merge then clears Claude, leaving no chosen name. Preserve the chosen-name candidate until the hub merge, without changing native-only output.

Review comment at @packages/shared/src/usageLimits.ts at line 307:
Update the display-name selection in the merge flow around
`previous.displayName` and `next.displayName` to retain the chosen-name
candidate through native merges so the later hub merge can select it. Preserve
the existing native-only output behavior.

Handle inherited keys in the display-name lookup.

If a remote server sends two hub accounts with the schema-valid driver constructor and the same email, this lookup returns the inherited Object constructor. Calling toLowerCase() on it throws and prevents the limits view from rendering. Use an own-property check or a Map. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @packages/shared/src/usageLimits.ts at line 312:
Update the display-name lookup using PROVIDER_DISPLAY_NAMES and previous.driver
to accept only own entries, or use a Map, so inherited keys such as
“constructor” cannot be treated as display names; preserve the existing
case-insensitive comparison for valid entries.

Disambiguate IDs that normalize to the same label.

If a source returns distinct IDs seat and seat.json, both rows now display seat. The source accepts IDs without requiring the suffix, so users cannot distinguish these accounts by label. Retain or add a disambiguator when normalized labels collide. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @packages/shared/src/usageLimits.ts at line 858:
Update the label construction using source.label and hubAccountName(account) so
distinct account IDs that normalize to the same label remain distinguishable;
retain or add an ID disambiguator when normalized labels collide, while leaving
unique labels unchanged.
