Record input EOF separately from Browser.close.

If the input pipe reaches EOF without a Browser.close message, this handler calls quit and writes "asked to close". The assertion on Line 365 can then pass without the shutdown request. Record a different EOF reason so the test proves that the fake browser received Browser.close. As per coding guidelines and path instructions, “Test behavior that can break.”

Review comment at @apps/server/src/htmlRender/HtmlRender.test.ts at line 347:
Update the input stream’s end handler so EOF records a distinct reason instead
of calling quit with the same “asked to close” reason used for Browser.close;
keep the shutdown assertion dependent on the Browser.close message so EOF alone
cannot satisfy it.
