fix(web): image and file chips underline their name on hover again - #26252
Hovering an image or file chip underlined only its size (82 KB), not the file name.
#22072 moved the size into the chip's underlined label and wrapped the name in truncate. truncate sets overflow: hidden, which clips the underline drawn just below the name's box. The size isn't clipped, so its underline was the only one left.
The name now uses overflow-x-clip text-ellipsis whitespace-nowrap, the same clipping ContextChipLabel itself uses, plus min-w-0. Unlike overflow: hidden, clip doesn't let a flex item shrink by itself. Long names still end in an ellipsis in narrow chats, and the underline shows under the name and the size together.
Image and file chips share this markup, in user messages and in the composer. Thread, environment, mention, file-tag and citation chips render their label as plain text and weren't affected. Mobile has no hover state.
Other chip kinds hover the same as before:
The environment chip is never clickable (hovering only shows a tooltip), so it never gets the hover underline. Citation and audio chips weren't captured; they don't use this markup.
The clipping depends on rounding: at 100% zoom main clips it every time, but at 200% the underline fits inside the box.
