Eligibility
This is a small, localized mobile refactor that moves existing Git-result haptic feedback to the result-reporting owner and safely handles unsupported devices. The added test covers the success/error mapping and one notification per result; no product defaults or static-analysis settings change.

No code owners found in target merge base 79f6cd3
