This PR introduces a substantial new feature adding Tailscale endpoint discovery and desktop-managed SSH launch capabilities. It includes ~1400 lines of new SSH tunnel management code, new IPC channels, UI components for password prompts, and changes to the environment connection service. Unresolved review comments have identified a medium-severity race condition in tunnel management and potential SSH process leaks that warrant attention before merging.
