Do not publish arbitrary stderr in provider diagnostics.

If the first stderr line contains a credential or signed URL, stderrExcerpt copies it into the warning log and probe.message. Removing terminal controls and limiting the line to 512 characters does not remove that value. Keep the generic message for unknown output. If a known failure needs more detail, map it to fixed, safe diagnostic text.

As per coding guidelines, log attributes must contain “no raw payloads, command arguments or output.” As per path instructions, diagnostic attributes “should not expose arbitrary command output or defect text.”

Review comment at @apps/server/src/provider/ClaudeProvider.ts at line 566:
Update the diagnostic handling around NodeUtil.stripVTControlCharacters and
stderrExcerpt to stop propagating arbitrary stderr into warning logs or
probe.message. Preserve the generic message for unknown output, and map only
recognized failures to fixed, safe diagnostic text without including raw command
output.

This puts arbitrary CLI stderr into the provider message (and stderrExcerpt into the warning annotations). Even capped and ANSI-stripped, command output can contain credentials, paths, or other sensitive text; the service convention prohibits raw command output in both surfaces. Please keep the generic user-facing message and log only safe metadata such as stderr length or a normalized failure category. The raw output should remain confined to the underlying failure, not the status or log.
