This narrowly scoped server fix hydrates a missing JAVA_HOME from the existing login-shell probe while preserving explicit values, enabling existing Android emulator tooling for background services. It includes focused regression coverage and does not alter defaults, schemas, deployments, or static-analysis configuration.
