209-272: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | 🏗️ Heavy liftAdd a caller-level browser regression test for
NavigationHistoryShortcuts. The new browser test covers only
CommandPaletteand observesrouteState.navigate. It does not mountNavigationHistoryShortcuts. A future removal ofusagePageOpenfrom that handler's matcher context or effect dependencies could leave its listener stale after a route change. The resolver tests would still pass because they callresolveShortcutCommanddirectly with synthetic context.Add a test that mounts
AppSidebarLayoutor the app root, transitions to/usage, and asserts that the shortcut callswindow.history.back().🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

Fixes #21357.
A custom Ctrl+U binding could open Usage but could not return to the previous page. Both global shortcut handlers omitted
usagePageOpen, so the matcher kept selectingusage.openon the Usage page.Apply the handler patch @kendonB proposed in #21357. Pass the current route state to the navigation-history and command-palette matchers and refresh their listeners when it changes. Default shortcuts stay the same. After merging current main, the browser regression was dropped with its deleted test file because it used DOM events, mocked navigation calls, and fake-timer setup, which the test purge excludes.
Validation:
git diff --checkpass.Before, the second Ctrl+U stays on Usage:
