fix(mobile): image viewer no longer flashes the chat between swipes on Android - #20898

Eligibility
This is a narrowly scoped one-file fix that prevents Android viewer remounts during swipes while preserving gallery paging and current-image header actions. It introduces no new capability, schema, deployment, security, billing, or configuration behavior.
