fix(mobile): long commands no longer freeze Android work-log taps

Problem

Tapping a work-log row whose command is a multi-kilobyte heredoc freezes the Android app, and long enough commands ANR (#17380). compactWorkEntryText collapses the command into one single-line label with no length cap. WorkLogLabel clips it visually with numberOfLines={1}, but Android still lays out and hit-tests the full string on the UI thread before the tap reaches JS. The same uncapped string also feeds the expanded header, the single-tool group header and the row's accessibilityLabel.

Change

Cap one-line work-log labels at 200 characters with truncate from @t3tools/shared/String. This covers the compact label, the expanded header and the single-command group summary. The expanded body and long-press copy still use the full command, so nothing visible is lost; the label was already ellipsized at a far shorter width.

Scope and approval

Fixes #17380. This follows the direction in the maintainer triage: #17380 (comment) (cap single-line work-log labels to a few hundred characters, reuse truncate, keep full text in the expanded body and copy).

Verification

• New test in threadActivity.test.ts: a heredoc of about 4,400 characters gives a collapsed and expanded label of at most 203 characters that keeps the command's start. vp test run src/lib/threadActivity.test.ts: 93 passed. The mobile typecheck is clean.
• Physical device, POCO F1 (Android 15), arm64 release build: a real thread with a 24,034-character cat > … <<'EOF' command. Perfetto trace of tapping that row:
  • before: dispatchInputEvent ACTION_DOWN took 911 ms and ACTION_UP 300 ms on the main thread;
  • after: the longest input dispatch was 12 ms.
• On device, labels now read as 203 characters (200 plus ...); before, the 24k-character row was too large for uiautomator dump to list.
• I couldn't reproduce the full 5-second ANR from the report on this device, but the stall is the same code path.

Model and harness: Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code (run from T3 Code).
