This is a narrowly scoped sidebar layout bug fix that propagates an existing macOS inset into the mobile sheet and suppresses the duplicate fixed toggle during sheet transitions. Its shared-component changes are limited to lifecycle and styling plumbing, with no product-default, schema, infrastructure, security, or static-analysis suppression impact.
