line 86: When cwd or environmentId changes while a previous load is in flight, the effect cleanup sets active.current to false but the replacement effect immediately sets that shared ref back to true. The old request then passes the active.current checks and writes its entries/errors into the state for the new workspace; directories, loaded, and requests are also never reset.
