fix(test): drain worker broadcasts before restoring browser globals - #11349

Eligibility
The change only adds an asynchronous teardown drain to a test file, preventing queued worker callbacks from running after browser-global stubs are removed. It has no production runtime, product-default, schema, or deployment impact.
