1. Minimal reproduce step (Required)

  1. Add index for a large table.
  2. When the log occurs "import start", kill TiDB.
  3. Restart TiDB and wait adding index job to complete.
  4. Admin check table.

2. What did you expect to see? (Required)

No error.

3. What did you see instead (Required)

Admin check failed.

4. What is your TiDB version? (Required)
