Show paired frequencies (HF/VHF)

The GitHub workflow references the HF branch on afv-native, though I'm not sure whether we want to merge the changes on afv-native into the modern-event-bus branch (like the main currently references) to reduce the number of branches spiralling out of control on afv-native @pierr3. Here's one for you to think about.

Happy with lucid icons - reviewing and cleaning up afv-native, can you check the current conflicts?

@pierr3 If the icons are changing to lucid then the mute icons need to get updated too, not sure that's covered in any current PR.
