• Removed simulation code, which is in need of a rewrite.

Sorry it's late! Life has been busy lately. It's quite likely that there will be a full rewrite of the gym happening in the near future. My inheritance scheme for the exploits doesn't make a ton of sense, and I'm exploring some automated methods of adding Metasploit modules to the library instead of writing them explicitly.

I hope to release a whitepaper soon that acts as more of a specification for both this gym, and future work. But for now, thank you for your patience, and I hope you enjoy!
