Hi everyone,

as I just started a new rails / trurbo / phlox app, I was wondering if it will be relevant to open a PR to add latest turbo-rails meta helpers :
turbo_refreshes_with(method: :replace, scroll: :reset)

Yes please! If you’d like to PR this, you should be able to copy one of the existing turbo helpers. Check out helpers.rb.
