Templates for the GoodNotes iPad app
GoodNotes has a toolbar of 52 pixels at the top (104px on retina iPad) and the chevron for palm support & writing magnifier takes 35px (70px on retina iPad) at the bottom, when collapsed.
The effective area for portrait images is thus 768x937, but for aesthetic reason I've chosen to discount the toolbar area while including the bottom chevron (but with a white stripe), thus arriving at an image of size 768px wide by 972px high.
