Added a textfile "restricted.txt" where process names can be entered.
This will prevent the automatic Memlayout packet which can cause unexpected behavior on certain processes.
This will also disable dumping all memregions.

If you want to re-enable all functions click the "Read Memregions" button on the lower left of the General Tab. Dumping all Memregions will be available again.
