Find Bar Overlapping Live Preview When Expanded #2155

Describe the bug
When the Live Preview panel is expanded towards the left, the Find bar appears over it, obstructing the view of the content. This makes it difficult to read or interact with the preview.
Reproduction
- Open a file in Phoenix Code.
- Open the find bar.
- Open the Live Preview panel.
- Expand the Live Preview towards the left.
- notice that the find bar overlaps the Live Preview.
Expected behavior
The find bar should resize itself dynamically when a sidebar is expanded to the left.
