Also prune bootrap zips and packed wheels for the packed layout.
Now that PEP 517/618 build backend and Pip dogfood PEXes use proper wheel name deps, all venvs, even dogfood venvs, can be pruned properly, handling venv deps whether they use symlinked site packages or not.
This should be the last of the associated deps to prune based on reachability / implication from old zipapps and venvs.
This also fixes dangling symlinks under the installed_wheels cache dir after a prune.
