Adds the canonical inline # NOSONAR(githubactions:S7637) marker to channel-pinned first-party caller stubs (10 file(s)). Preserves channel pins. Controlled fleet migration (#549/#551), not the weekly audit. hands-off so no agent re-SHA-pins. Legacy sonar-project.properties S7637 entries removed in a verified follow-up.

Review limit reached

@don-petry, you've reached your PR review limit, so we couldn't start this review.

Next review available in: 59 minutes

Enable usage-based reviews in Billing to review now. Otherwise, wait until the next included review is available.
You're only billed for reviews past your plan's rate limits ($0.25/file).

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.

Reviewed commit: b1a7b7062cd148780441a011638f3dbdbfb69916
Review mode: triage-approved (single reviewer)

Summary

Comment-only change: appends the canonical inline '# NOSONAR(githubactions:S7637) first-party channel ref' marker to the 'uses:' line of 10 first-party channel-pinned caller-stub workflows. No action refs, permissions, secrets, or job logic change. Matches the PR description (controlled fleet migration #549/#551).

Linked issue analysis

No linked closing issue (closingIssuesReferences empty). PR references #549/#551 as migration context only; not the weekly audit. Nothing to verify against an issue body.

Findings

  • No blocking findings. Diff is purely additive inline comments; pre-existing channel pins (@*/stable, @v2) are the repo's documented convention for first-party caller stubs (per CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md), and the NOSONAR markers document that accepted, intentional choice.
  • (LOW, non-blocking) Each of the 10 files loses its trailing final newline ('\ No newline at end of file'). Cosmetic; Lint/Format CI still passed.
  • Secret scanning: mcp__github__run_secret_scanning tool not exposed in this environment; relied on the passing 'Secret scan (gitleaks)' CI check. No secrets introduced (diff touches no secret values).

CI status

All required checks green: Lint, Format, Test, CodeQL, Analyze (actions), SonarCloud (Quality Gate passed, 0 new issues / 0 hotspots), Secret scan (gitleaks), agent-shield, CodeRabbit. Remaining entries SKIPPED (conditional jobs). mergeable=MERGEABLE; mergeStateStatus=BLOCKED only pending required human/review approval.

CI Failure: SonarCloud Code Analysis

Step: Quality Gate (Security Hotspots Reviewed)
Root cause: Lint/style

SonarCloud's Quality Gate failed with "6 Security Hotspots" unreviewed. This PR adds inline # NOSONAR(githubactions:S7637) markers to 10 reusable-workflow callers to suppress the "branch-pinned ref" rule, but NOSONAR comments only suppress regular issues — SonarCloud Security Hotspots are a separate mechanism that must be explicitly reviewed/resolved in the dashboard, so the inline comment has no effect on the gate.

Suggested fix: In the SonarCloud project's Security Hotspots view (https://sonarcloud.io/project/security_hotspots?id=petry-projects_ContentTwin&branch=main&issueStatuses=OPEN,CONFIRMED&sinceLeakPeriod=true), review and mark each of the 6 flagged S7637 hotspots as "Safe" with a justification — the inline NOSONAR comments do not satisfy this gate condition.

* chore: enable Claude issue trigger per org CI standard (#30)

Add issues:[labeled] event trigger and claude label support so Claude
can work issues autonomously — reading the issue, creating a branch,
implementing the fix, and opening a PR.

Changes:
- Add issues:[labeled] trigger to on: block
- Add issue label condition to job if: guard
- Upgrade contents permission to write (needed for branch creation)
- Pin claude-code-action to v1.0.89 (6e2bd528)
- Add label_trigger: "claude" input
- Add dependabot skip condition on step
- Add permission comment for contents: write

Matches the standard defined in petry-projects/.github#24.

* feat: switch to org-level reusable Claude Code workflow (#40)

* feat: add workflow to create code-quality repository ruleset

Creates the required 'code-quality' branch ruleset with SonarCloud
as a required status check on the default branch. This workflow runs
on every push to main (idempotent) to ensure the ruleset stays in sync.

Closes #28

* revert: remove workflow approach - cannot push workflow files

* chore(workflows): adopt centralized stubs from petry-projects/.github (#52)

Replace inline copies of standardized workflows with the canonical
thin caller stubs from petry-projects/.github/standards/workflows/.
Each stub delegates to a versioned reusable workflow at
petry-projects/.github/.github/workflows/<name>-reusable.yml@v1, so
future updates to the standard propagate automatically and drift is
caught by the org-wide compliance audit.

See petry-projects/.github#87, #88, #89 for context.

* fix: restore secrets-baseline END sentinel and add-to-project trailing newline

Reverts two accidental truncation hunks unrelated to issue #346, per the
automated review: .gitignore's org-managed secrets-baseline closing sentinel
must not be edited, and the add-to-project.yml stub newline removal was
pointless drift.
