IMPROVEMENT TIP: Use GetSteppablePipeline Out-GridView #4

To fill Out-GridView with new log content use the following code instead of manually selecting the line with "RELOAD LOG FILE(S)".

$grid = {Out-Gridview}.GetSteppablePipeline()
$Grid.Begin($true)
$grid.Process("line1")
$grid.Process("line2")
